Property layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this recent document disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to develop the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and features a legend identifying various areas of the estate.
In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as layouts for boat shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative release.
